Every lead screw is manufactured either as a standard catalogue item or fully customised to your drawing, sample, or reverse-engineered from a worn-out part removed directly from your machine. Our engineering team studies the exact pitch, thread profile, length, and material of your existing screw before manufacturing a replacement, ensuring a drop-in fit with zero modification required on your machine.

At Olive Precision Engineers, we manufacture and supply lead screws, screw rods and matching nuts for machine tools and industrial machinery.
Our lead screws convert rotary motion into precise linear movement, making them suitable for feed, positioning and controlled-motion applications.
